Live like it! This 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath home has sweeping views of the golf course, with its floor to ceiling windows upon entrance. The kitchen features state of the art appliances, quartz countertops, top of the line finishes, and large walk-in pantry. Fully equipped with all dishes and cookware to make your stay comfortable and seamless. The kitchen has an open floor plan, overlooking a spacious living room, with vaulted ceilings, a large Italian leather sofa, tv, and a modern fireplace. Upstairs kitchen also has a large dining table plus bar seating, with an outdoor deck. Outdoor deck overlooks the 11th hole of the Copper Rock Golf Course, and has a cozy fireplace for hanging out late into the evening. The master suite provides a lavish experience, with a Japanese soaking tub, large shower, spacious countertops and large walk in closet. This luxury room features a king bed, with access to the upstairs deck, overlooking the pool. In addition to the master suite, three more bedrooms also provide a luxury experience with master king beds with cozy linens, and private bathrooms with showers. Another bedroom downstairs accommodates several guests with bunk bed sets of queen, full and twin sizes. This room is wonderful for in-laws, families with children, and then some! This bedroom has a walk out patio, with access to the pool, and an en suite bathroom featuring a beautiful shower. Downstairs, our oasis getaway has an additional state of the art kitchen, with sweeping windows and sliding doors providing expansive views of the pool area, with the golfing green just beyond. This kitchen also has coffee makers, a large fridge, beautiful wine chiller, and expansive pantry. More cookware and dining sets are available in this space, allowing more opportunities to enjoy every single space of the home. This downstairs living area is very open. The sliding patio doors have the ability to open up to the width of the entire room... bringing the outside - in! Everyone can be where they want, while enjoying each other's company. This area provides extensive dining seating, as well as two sofas, and three TVs. The extra TVs are especially exciting for sports. One of the sofas in this downstairs living area is a sleeper sofa with a comfortable queen size bed. Outside, the swimming pool is the absolute final piece of this magnificent home. The swimming pool also has a small swim deck with fountains flowing into the main pool, for relaxation, or allowing smaller children to play. Also, a hot tub with expansive seating is situated on the other end. Enjoy versatile LED lighting with many color options to suit your mood. The outdoor dining area features gorgeous countertops, with a gas grill, outdoor sink, and mini fridge to keep your pool drinks cool, without ever having to enter the home! While enjoying the outdoor sofa, you can sit comfortably in the heat, beneath a row of cooling misters that line the patio above you. If you're in a competitive mood- you will find air hockey, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table on the property as well. Away from our peaceful home, you will find yourself within 30 minutes of Zion National Park. Zion provides numerous hiking, biking, and scenic experiences for all levels/ages to explore. Sand Hollow Reservoir is just moments away from your paradise retreat. At this resort you can enjoy the red sand, fish, or enjoy a number of watersports on the water! In this same area, you will also find the sand dunes to enjoy a day on an ATV or Jeep. This home will give you the absolute incredible experience of anything you could want on a vacation: relaxation, adventure, luxury, and leisure. No matter what, memories will be made here! *** IMPORTANT POOL HEATING INFORMATION *** The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. Heat requests for the pool must have been made 48 hours in advance to your check-in.We do not heat the pool during the months of May-September. The cost to heat the POOL from October-November is $100 per night, from December-February is $150 per night and from March-April is $100 per night. We set the system to heat to 80 degrees. However, the actual temperature may vary due to air and ground temperatures and is not guaranteed. Once the pool heat is turned on, you will be charged for the entire duration of your stay. We offer FREE heating for our hot tub, but please keep in mind that the swimming pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. If you pay to heat the pool and switch the heat from the pool to the spa, please make sure to switch the heat back to the pool so it stays warm. Additionally, we cannot heat the pool and hot tub if the outside temperature has dropped below freezing (32 degrees) at any point during your stay. The hot tub is not heated on demand and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Please plan accordingly and allow time for the hot tub to heat up. We monitor the temperature of the pool remotely and if we notice the pool heat is set to anything over 80 degrees, you will be charged an additional $200 per night if it is heated past 80. Finally, we kindly ask that you do not alter or modify our pool schedules as they are set for specific reasons. Any changes made to these schedules will result in a $100 fee to cover the cost of reprogramming the pool systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly.
