The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to prepare delicious meals and entertain with ease. Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1): A king-size bed and an attached en-suite bathroom, complete with a luxurious tub and separate shower. House Rules: ​​​​​​​HOA rules allow 7 guests per household at a time in the pool and clubhouse facilities. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Street Parking is strictly prohibited in front of the house. There is additional parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. Packages can not be sent to this location. No Pets allowed.
